CUSTOMER SERVICE HOURS

Our Customer Service phone is manned from 10am to 7pm. Seven days a week. Call 210 650 2230 if you have a question or would like to place an order. If no one answers, we apologize, as we're probably assisting other customers. You can also send order and product inquires on our contact form or by emailing customerservice@therichterco.com.

2 items = $7.00
3 items = $9.00
4+ items = FREE Shipping

+$9 for Alaska or Hawaii
+$15 for Domestic 2-day
+$40 for Overnight

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

Only orders submitted Monday through Friday, before 3pm CST, can be sent over night. An additional $40 fee will be added to our normal flat-rate shipping.

TRACKING NUMBERS

Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your shipment. The Richter Co. only ships packages Monday through Friday.

 

LOCAL PICKUP

If you're in the San Antonio area, you can place an order for local pickup on the checkout page. You will be notified via e-mail when your order is ready for pickup.

RETURNS

The Richter Co. will gladly accept returns for items within 30 days of order delivery. The goods must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must have their original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. Items sold at a discount are final sale and are not eligible for return.

To send back goods, please email mario@richtergoods.com for a return authorization number.

Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges. The Richter Co. will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the The Richter Co. Returns Department.

If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited; if not all items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation.

RESTOCKING FEE

Your return may be subject to a restocking fee, applied at our discretion, of up to 20% of the cost of the goods being returned. When required, this is necessary to cover credit card transaction fees and other costs incurred during processing.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

If within 7 days of purchase Richter Goods discounts an item from regular retail price, we will be happy to provide a price adjustment to for you. Special promotions are exempt from price adjustments. Email us at mario@richtergoods.com . All sales are final on items that receive a price adjustment.
